Well I’ve been asked this only twice, and I’m waiting for more people to ask me so that it is worth it to make a tutorial… And I would appreciate it if you weren’t anon because there’s a chance you may not even read this, so it’s like I’m wasting my time. Quick explanation: I download the video in .mp4 from keepvid.com and then I import the frames I want into photoshop cs5… file->import->frames adkjf (I don’t really know what it says because I have it in spanish hahah) , and then when you’re done file->save for web and devices.
